What is Kaiyo?

Located in Tokushima prefecture in the lower right of Shikoku, Kaiyo is a small coastal town with extensive opportunities for marine sport culture and activities. There is an upstart focus on globalization and English education. The town itself has plentiful natural resources and local industries.

Kaiyo is surrounded by beautiful nature. Kaifu River runs through the town and it’s very famous for its clear water. Also, Kaiyo looks onto the Pacific Ocean where a lot of surfers visit to surf from many countries and other regions of Japan.
